Seven-mascot production readiness
All active mascots keep independent baseline visual, voice, provider-identity and Golden Character readiness. Deep production work follows the exact cast selected by an approved story.
All seven mascots
Lumi, Tiko, Nova, Marina, Rin, Arqueo and Pepe each require their own approved references, voice identity/provider binding and Golden Character evidence. No mascot inherits approval from another.
Story-selected cast
The next approved package selects the smallest causally useful cast. Only that cast receives package-specific ShotSpec references and required motion, lipsync, pair or ensemble tests.
No mandatory pair
Lumi remains franchise protagonist, but S01E01 or any earlier pairing cannot become a global production gateway. Episode cast is provenance, not system priority.

Identity pack
Canonical views, expressions, actions, size, materials, signature anatomy and 16:9/9:16 composition tests per mascot.
Voice + provider identity
Bind the approved ES-LATAM voice version and real provider identity/Element to the same exact character version. Never invent provider IDs.
Independent Golden test
Each mascot passes identity/anatomy/signature, expression, child-safety and IP-distance gates independently; scheduled relationships add their own test rather than replacing character approval.
